The make journal — maker's notes, dated timeline entries with photos, and a Final Conclusion that rates how the cheese actually turned out — is an invite-only tier for working cheesemakers and serious home producers. No cost. No catch. We promote manually so we can keep it thoughtful.

What you get when the tier is granted
- Maker's notes. A free-text recipe field the analysis engine cross-checks against your configured spec, flagging real contradictions with a per-field preference + rationale.
- The make journal. A dated timeline on each cheese — photos (auto-compressed to WebP client-side), temperatures, observations, up to two photos per entry.
- Final Conclusion. One structured entry per cheese at the end of aging that rates how it actually came out against the five dimensions the AI originally scored. The chat assistant treats it as ground truth over the original prediction.
